Audi on rent: what it costs in 2026

Those figures are our base fares for Delhi. Other cities carry a small multiplier because parking, fuel logistics and demand differ, so the same A6 day costs slightly more in Mumbai and Goa and slightly less in Jaipur or Chandigarh. Fares exclude 5% GST. Tolls, state entry permits and parking are added at actual cost with receipts, never marked up.

Which Audi models you can hire, and how we class them

We group cars by class rather than promising a single registration number weeks ahead, because a specific car can be in the workshop on your date. What we do promise is the model family you booked, a car within four model years of the current one, and a driver who knows it.

Audi A6: the executive saloon

The A6 sits in our luxury sedan class alongside the Mercedes-Benz E-Class and BMW 5 Series. It seats three adults comfortably in the rear for short hops, though two is the sweet spot for a long day. Audi Q7: the seven-seat luxury SUV

Weddings and the baraat convoy

An Audi A6 or Q7 is a popular choice when the family wants something premium but not as formal as a Rolls-Royce for the wedding. Typical plans are the groom's car for the baraat plus two A6s for parents, or a white Q7 for the bride's arrival. Floral decoration is arranged with you in advance; we ask decorators to use tape rated for automotive paint, and suction or magnet fittings are not allowed on the bonnet. The wedding season from November to February, and the Diwali and Akshaya Tritiya muhurat dates, book out fast in Delhi NCR, Jaipur and Udaipur, so lock cars four to six weeks ahead. Corporate roadshows and client pickups

For a finance roadshow or a delegation visiting Gurgaon, BKC or HITEC City, an A6 gives each executive a quiet rear cabin for calls between meetings. We issue GST invoices in the company's name, can bill a cost centre per car, and accept card or UPI through the booker. Longer engagements usually move to our corporate car rental desk, which handles monthly accounts and consolidated billing.

Airport arrivals

For an Audi airport pickup, the chauffeur tracks your flight, stands at arrivals with a name board and waits 60 minutes free after an international landing or 30 minutes after a domestic one. Beyond that, waiting is billed per the hourly rate in your package. At Delhi's IGI, pickups work from the designated forecourt; the airport's own passenger information pages are the best reference for terminal changes.

Events, launches and film shoots

Production teams hire an Audi either as a picture car (static or with the driver at the wheel) or as a unit car to move talent. Outstation Audi hire: sample trip fares

Outstation fares are kilometre-based. On a round trip we bill the greater of actual kilometres or 250 km per calendar day, and add a driver night allowance of Rs 1,500 per night on multi-day journeys. The meter starts and stops at your pickup address.

The Jaipur to Udaipur round trip above adds one night of driver allowance, and tolls on the national highways are extra. What is included, what is not, and how booking works

Included in every Audi hire: the car within four model years, fuel for the package distance, a chauffeur in formal attire, bottled water, a phone charger on request, and the driver's own meals and lodging for day hires within the city.

Not included: 5% GST; tolls, state permits and parking at actual cost; driver night allowance of Rs 1,500 per night outstation; decoration; and anything requested beyond the package, billed pro rata.

Audi rate card 2026: packages, extra kilometres and extra hours

Most rate cards stop at the day price. What decides your final bill, though, is what happens when a mehendi runs late or a client meeting moves to Noida. Here is our complete Audi tariff, Delhi base, before 5% GST.

An extra hour is billed at one-eighth of the 8-hour package, and an extra kilometre at the model's outstation per-km rate. Both apply only when you exceed the package; unused hours or kilometres are not refunded, so choose the package that fits the day rather than the smallest one.

Worked example. A Delhi wedding day in an Audi A6 that runs 10 hours and 110 km: package Rs 37,500 Pay Now to Reserve, plus 2 extra hours at Rs 4,690 (Rs 9,380 Pay Now to Reserve), plus 30 extra km at Rs 170 (Rs 4,950), totals Rs 51,830 Pay Now to Reserve. With 5% GST that is Rs 54,420 (rounded), and venue parking is added at the amount on the receipt. The same day in a Q7 comes to Rs 57,000 Pay Now to Reserve + Rs 14,250 Pay Now to Reserve + Rs 6,750 Pay Now to Reserve = Rs 78,000 Pay Now to Reserve, or Rs 81,900 Pay Now to Reserve with GST.

Sample Audi budgets for real occasions

These are complete examples built from the rate card above, so you can plan a budget before you enquire. Tolls and parking vary with the route and venue and are shown separately on the invoice.

The Mumbai line uses the city's 10% multiplier (Rs 41,250 per day and Rs 22,710 per airport run); Bangalore's 5% multiplier makes the A8 L day Rs 1,00,800 Pay Now to Reserve; Jaipur's 5% discount brings the A6 half day to Rs 21,360 Pay Now to Reserve. A long stay, such as the NRI example, is usually cheaper per day if you mix in a few 4-hour days for quiet afternoons at home; tell us your rough plan and we will price the combination.

Chauffeur standards on every Audi booking

A premium car driven badly is a waste of money. These are the standards we hold every Audi chauffeur to, and you are entitled to raise any lapse with the desk the same day.

• Punctuality: reporting at least 15 minutes before the pickup time, parked where you can see the car, not around the corner.
• Dress and grooming: formal attire (dark trousers, collared shirt, jacket or safari suit as the occasion demands), clean shoes, no strong perfume, no chewing tobacco.
• Pre-trip checks: tyre pressures, fuel for the day, a clean cabin and boot, water on board, and the route and venue pin checked the night before.
• Knowing the car: our Audi drivers are familiar with the MMI infotainment, rear climate controls and, on the Q7, the ride-height settings where fitted, so you are not waiting while someone searches menus.
• Driving style: smooth acceleration and braking, no horn in residential lanes unless safety demands it, speed limits observed on expressways, and no mobile phone use while driving.
• Discretion: no conversation unless you start it, no phone calls on speaker, no comment on where you went or whom you met.
• Conduct at venues: waiting in the driver bay, reachable by phone, and back at the porch within minutes of your call.

On multi-day outstation trips, we plan the chauffeur's rest so that he is not driving after a short night; if your programme needs a very early start after a late finish, we will advise a later departure or a second driver.

The four-model-year rule, and how to check it yourself

Every Audi we send is within four model years of the current model. In practice that means a car registered recently enough to carry current safety equipment, clean emissions technology and an interior that has not been worn by years of commercial use. For the ultra-luxury class (Rolls-Royce, Bentley, Maybach) we allow seven years, because those cars cover far fewer kilometres.

You do not have to take our word for it. Once we share the registration number the evening before, you can look up the registration details on the Government of India's Parivahan portal or its mParivahan app, which shows the registration date and fuel type. If the car that arrives is not the one confirmed, or is older than the rule allows, tell the chauffeur not to start and call the desk; we will replace it or refund the booking for that car.

Audi in more cities: fares at a glance

Beyond the four cities in the first table, here is what an Audi A6 day and a Q7 day cost elsewhere, before GST.

In Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Lucknow and Kochi an Audi is sourced case by case, so allow a little more notice. Kolkata's Durga Puja week and Ahmedabad's Navratri nights bring heavy traffic diversions; we plan pickups around police route advisories rather than risk a car stuck behind a pandal barricade. Lucknow's wedding season peaks with North India's, from late November.

Chauffeured Audi or self-drive Audi?

Some platforms offer self-drive luxury cars. The trade-offs are practical rather than emotional:

For weddings and business, a chauffeur is almost always the better call: you arrive composed, the car is never left unattended in a crowd, and nobody has to stay sober to drive home after the reception.

Planning an Audi around the Indian calendar

• November to February: the wedding peak across Delhi NCR, Rajasthan, Punjab and Uttar Pradesh. Book Audis four to six weeks ahead, and eight weeks for the most sought-after muhurat dates.
• Diwali week: corporate gifting drives and family visits make A6 day packages scarce in Delhi and Mumbai.
• December holidays: Goa and Udaipur fill with destination weddings; a Q7 handles resort driveways better than a saloon.
• Monsoon, June to September: in Mumbai and Kochi the Q7's height matters on waterlogged roads; for Konkan or Western Ghats drives we avoid known landslide-prone stretches after heavy rain.
• April to June: the quietest months in the plains, and the easiest time to secure an A8 L at short notice.

Seats and suitcases: choosing the right Audi for your party

Seat counts on a brochure and comfortable seats on a four-hour drive are different things. Use this as a practical guide when you choose between the three Audis.

• Audi A6: two adults in the rear is ideal, three is fine inside a city. The boot takes two large check-in suitcases and two cabin bags, or one large case plus a garment bag laid flat for a sherwani or lehenga. Airport pickups with more luggage than that should step up to the Q7.
• Audi Q7: four guests in comfort with the third row folded, which also opens space for four large suitcases. Five travel well on short hops. For wedding outfits with long trains or heavy dupattas, the higher seat and wider door make getting in and out far easier than in any saloon.
• Audi A8 L: built for one or two VIPs in the rear. Luggage space is similar to the A6, so for a chairman arriving with a full set of cases we often send a second car, such as an Innova Crysta, for the bags and an assistant.
