What we collect and why

We collect the name, mobile number, email, pickup and drop details and flight number you provide so that we can confirm, dispatch and invoice your trip, and share the minimum needed (name, mobile, pickup) with your chauffeur. Payments are processed by the booking engine's payment provider; we do not store card numbers. We do not sell personal data. You may ask us to access, correct or delete your data by writing to support@rutzindia.com. Processing follows India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
