The car, the chauffeur, fuel and the chauffeur's food and stay allowance. Tolls, permits and parking are charged at actual cost; hotels and monument tickets are separate or can be added through the travel desk.
Can I change the itinerary on the way?
Yes. Extra km are billed at the per-km rate of your car.
Do chauffeurs speak English?

Are the fares fixed?

What is the cancellation policy?

How old are the cars?
Every car is within four model years, air-conditioned and cleaned before each trip. Rolls-Royce, Bentley and Maybach may be up to seven model years old. See the fleet.
