Are the fares fixed?

Yes. The fare shown before you pay is the fare you pay, before 5% GST. Tolls, state permits and parking are added at actual cost with receipts. There is no surge pricing at night or during festivals. See how fares work.

What is the cancellation policy?

Free cancellation more than 72 hours before pickup; 10% of the fare within 72 hours, 50% within 48 hours and 100% within 24 hours or for a no-show. Full details on the cancellation policy page.

How old are the cars?

Every car is within four model years, air-conditioned and cleaned before each trip. Rolls-Royce, Bentley and Maybach may be up to seven model years old. See the fleet.
