Noida is a planned city of numbered sectors, and it can be surprisingly hard to get around: the metro does not reach every tech park, autos avoid the expressway, and app cabs surge exactly when an IT shift ends or a flight lands. A pre-booked taxi service in Noida takes that uncertainty away. RutzIndia.com sends a chauffeur-driven sedan to any sector from Rs 3,840 Pay Now to Reserve for an airport transfer, Rs 6,990 Pay Now to Reserve for an eight-hour day and Rs 36 a kilometre for outstation runs, with the price fixed before you pay by card or UPI and a GST invoice for every trip.
Noida taxi fares: 2026 rate card
Expect to pay Rs 3,840 Pay Now to Reserve for a sedan to IGI airport from central Noida, Rs 6,990 Pay Now to Reserve to keep a sedan and chauffeur for eight hours (80 km), or Rs 4,200 Pay Now to Reserve for a four-hour half day. An Innova Crysta is Rs 12,210 Pay Now to Reserve for the day. Agra, Vrindavan and other outstation runs cost Rs 36/km in a sedan. GST of 5% is extra.

| Outstation, per km | Rs 36 | Rs 48 | Rs 57.6 | Rs 78 | Rs 170 |
Local and airport prices in Noida sit about 3% below our Delhi baseline; highway kilometres are billed at the national per-km rate. Add 5% GST to all fares. Expressway tolls, the MCD entry charge levied on commercial vehicles entering Delhi, any interstate permit, and parking at airports, malls and venues are paid at actual cost and itemised on the invoice. If a trip keeps the chauffeur away overnight, a night allowance between Rs 900 and Rs 1,800 is added for each night; out-of-town round trips are charged for no fewer than 250 km on every calendar day. See fares for the full grid.
Example trips from Noida
- Sector 62 to IGI Terminal 3, around 45 km: the Rs 3,840 Pay Now to Reserve sedan transfer covers 40 km and the extra 5 km at Rs 36 brings it to Rs 4,020 Pay Now to Reserve.
- Same-day Agra from Sector 18, about 200 km each way on the Yamuna Expressway: 400 km x Rs 36 = Rs 14,400 Pay Now to Reserve in a sedan or Rs 22,800 Pay Now to Reserve in an Innova Crysta for the round trip, with expressway tolls and Taj parking.
- Vrindavan and Mathura day trip, roughly 140 km each way: 280 km x Rs 36 = Rs 10,080 Pay Now to Reserve in a sedan.
- Office day with client visits in Gurgaon: an 8 hr/80 km package at Rs 10,470 Pay Now to Reserve in a premium sedan, with the Delhi entry charge at actual cost.
The long-day row is the 8-hour fare multiplied by 1.5, plus 40 km at the class rate. Noida offices often need exactly that: an executive picked up at 8 am from Sector 50, meetings in Sector 62 and Connaught Place, a client dinner in Greater Noida and home by 8 pm. Extra hours beyond any package appear in the booker before you confirm; for the national rules see local car rental 8 hr / 80 km.

Noida per-km rates with Jewar, Agra and Vrindavan examples
Fares updated September 2026. For anything beyond a local package, the per-km rate for the class applies. The table works it through for three trips that Noida residents book constantly: a transfer from Sector 18 to Noida International Airport at Jewar (about 70 km, so the 40 km transfer fare plus 30 km), a same-day Agra round trip (about 400 km) and a same-day Vrindavan and Mathura round trip (about 280 km).
| Vehicle | Per km | Sector 18 to Jewar airport | Agra and back in a day | Vrindavan and back in a day |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Dzire or Aura | Rs 36 | Rs 4,920 Pay Now to Reserve | Rs 14,400 Pay Now to Reserve | Rs 10,080 Pay Now to Reserve |
| Ertiga or Carens | Rs 42 | Rs 6,060 Pay Now to Reserve | Rs 16,800 Pay Now to Reserve | Rs 11,760 Pay Now to Reserve |
| Honda City or Verna | Rs 48 | Rs 7,200 Pay Now to Reserve | Rs 19,200 Pay Now to Reserve | Rs 13,440 Pay Now to Reserve |
| Innova Crysta or Hycross | Rs 57.6 | Rs 8,430 Pay Now to Reserve | Rs 22,800 Pay Now to Reserve | Rs 15,960 Pay Now to Reserve |
| Fortuner or Meridian | Rs 84 | Rs 14,520 Pay Now to Reserve | Rs 33,600 Pay Now to Reserve | Rs 23,520 Pay Now to Reserve |
| Tempo Traveller | Rs 78 | Rs 12,750 Pay Now to Reserve | Rs 31,200 Pay Now to Reserve | Rs 21,840 Pay Now to Reserve |
| Force Urbania | Rs 102 | Rs 17,460 Pay Now to Reserve | Rs 40,800 Pay Now to Reserve | Rs 28,560 Pay Now to Reserve |
| E-Class or 5 Series | Rs 170 | Rs 24,960 Pay Now to Reserve | Rs 66,000 Pay Now to Reserve | Rs 46,200 Pay Now to Reserve |
| GLS, X7 or Range Rover | Rs 230 | Rs 37,170 Pay Now to Reserve | Rs 90,000 Pay Now to Reserve | Rs 63,000 Pay Now to Reserve |
Yamuna Expressway tolls, Taj Mahal and temple-town parking, and 5% GST are added to these; the Agra and Vrindavan trips are within Uttar Pradesh, so no interstate permit applies for a UP-registered car.
Airport cabs from Noida: IGI and Noida International Airport
Noida now has two airports within reach, and the right one depends on your flight.
Indira Gandhi International (DEL). Terminal 3 is about 35 km from Sector 18 via the DND Flyway and Ring Road, or via the Barapullah elevated road, typically 50-75 minutes and longer in the evening peak. Sectors near the Delhi border, including Sectors 15-18 and the Film City belt, fall within our 40 km airport band; Noida Extension and the Greater Noida sectors are further and add a few kilometres. Terminal 1 is a slightly shorter run. The Delhi airport taxi page covers terminal pickup points, and flight information is published by Delhi Airport.
Noida International Airport (DXN), Jewar. After its inauguration in March 2026, the airport began scheduled commercial flights in June 2026, with IndiGo operating the first services and more airlines and routes being added since. International flights were planned to follow, so check your ticket carefully. From Sector 18 it is about 70 km, typically 75-90 minutes via the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway and the Yamuna Expressway; from Greater Noida's Pari Chowk it is closer to 40 km. A Jewar run is priced as the airport transfer plus the kilometres beyond 40 km, which comes to Rs 4,920 Pay Now to Reserve in a sedan or Rs 8,430 Pay Now to Reserve in an Innova Crysta from Sector 18, with Yamuna Expressway tolls added at actual cost. Background on the project is on Wikipedia.
At either airport the chauffeur tracks your flight, waits with a name board and allows 60 minutes of free waiting after an international arrival or 30 minutes after a domestic one. Extra waiting is billed hourly.

Office commutes and corporate travel in Noida
Noida and Greater Noida host a very large share of the NCR's IT, media and electronics employers: the Sector 62 and 63 institutional belt, the Sector 125-144 corridor along the expressway, Film City in Sector 16A and the Knowledge Park and Techzone areas of Greater Noida. Commute patterns are predictable but unforgiving. The DND and Chilla border approaches jam between 8:30 and 10:30 am and again from 6 to 8:30 pm, the Mahamaya flyover backs up in both directions, and the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway slows at the Sector 142-144 and Pari Chowk ends.
For businesses we offer:
- Point-to-point cabs for executives and visitors, booked per trip with GST invoices.
- Daily or monthly dedicated cars with a regular chauffeur, through monthly car rental with driver.
- Shift transport for teams, with sedans, Innovas and Tempo Travellers on fixed routes, described under employee transport services.
- Event and trade-fair movement for India Expo Mart in Greater Noida, where exhibitors and buyers need shuttles from hotels in Sector 18, Sector 62 and Greater Noida West.
Corporate accounts get consolidated monthly billing and payment by card, UPI or bank transfer. See corporate car rental for account terms.
Pickups from Noida's gated societies and tech parks
Most Noida pickups start at a high-rise society or a campus gate, where security desks log every visiting car. To avoid the driver being held at the barrier, add your tower, flat number and the society's gate name when you book, and approve the visitor entry on your society's app when the chauffeur's details arrive. In large townships in Noida Extension, the driver will wait at the tower drop-off rather than the main gate if the guards allow it. At tech parks in Sector 62, 125 or 132, tell us which gate your building uses; many campuses only let visitor vehicles in through one entrance, and early-morning airport runs go more smoothly when that is settled the night before.

Crossing into Delhi: border charges and permits
Noida sits in Uttar Pradesh, so almost every trip to Delhi or Gurgaon crosses a state border. Commercial taxis pay an entry charge collected by the Delhi municipal authorities when they enter the capital, and longer interstate journeys may involve state tax or permit charges depending on the vehicle's registration and permit. We never add these as a flat surcharge; the driver pays what is actually levied and it appears on your invoice with the receipt. The DND Flyway itself is toll-free for cars, while the Yamuna Expressway and the Delhi-Meerut Expressway are tolled.
If most of your day is in Delhi, it may be simpler to book through our Delhi taxi service; for trips centred on Cyber City or Golf Course Road, see taxi service in Gurgaon.
Airport and railway station transfers from Noida
Transfers up to 40 km are a fixed fare. Where the distance is longer, the total below already adds the extra kilometres at the per-km rate. Noida is well placed for Delhi's big stations: Anand Vihar Terminal and Hazrat Nizamuddin are close to the DND and Chilla borders, and Ghaziabad Junction is near Sector 62.

Train arrivals are tracked by train number; if the Rajdhani or a winter express runs late in fog, the driver's reporting time moves with it. The Delhi Metro's Blue and Aqua lines serve many sectors and are a sensible choice for light travellers; route information is on the Delhi Metro website. For heavy luggage, early departures or groups, a car to the door is simpler.
Noida sectors and nearby areas we serve
- Central Noida: Sectors 15, 16 and 16A Film City, 18, 27, 29, 37, 44 and 50.
- Institutional and IT belt: Sectors 58, 59, 62, 63, 64 and 65.

Societies with strict gate rules are covered in the pickup section above; for campuses, share the gate number when you book.
Local hire, weddings and group travel
A 4 hr/40 km package is ideal for a shopping run to Sector 18's Atta market and the malls, a hospital appointment or a visit to relatives in Indirapuram across the border. The 8 hr day suits families covering the Botanical Garden, Okhla Bird Sanctuary and an evening at a mall, or visitors with several meetings.
Noida's wedding and banquet scene has grown along the expressway, in Greater Noida's resort venues and in farmhouses near the Yamuna. The main season runs from November to February, with further muhurat dates in April-May, and Diwali, Karva Chauth and New Year's Eve bring very heavy evening traffic. For guest movement, one Tempo Traveller (Rs 18,900 per day within the city) does the work of four cars; see Tempo Traveller in Noida. For the couple's car or a baraat, luxury sedans and decorated cars are listed under wedding car rental in Delhi, and we deliver them to Noida venues.
Sporting and exhibition events at the Buddh International Circuit and India Expo Mart also create short, sharp demand peaks; book early for those dates.
Day trips and outstation cabs from Noida
The Yamuna Expressway starts on Noida's doorstep, which makes the eastern NCR the quickest starting point for Agra and the Braj region. The expressway authority publishes toll and speed information on its official website.
- Agra and the Taj Mahal: about three hours from Sector 18. Our same-day Agra tour by car includes Agra Fort and a guide on request; the Delhi to Agra taxi page lists one-way drops.
- Vrindavan and Mathura: around two and a half hours, best on weekdays and outside Holi and Janmashtami crowds. See Delhi to Vrindavan taxi.
- Haridwar, Rishikesh and Dehradun: via the Delhi-Meerut Expressway, about five to six hours.
- Jaipur: about six hours via Delhi and the NH48, or via the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway spur.
Round trips are billed at the greater of actual kilometres or 250 km per day; multi-day tours add night allowances. The district's official portal, Gautam Buddh Nagar, posts traffic and administrative notices.
Popular outstation routes from Noida with one-way fares
Distance times the class rate gives the one-way price. If the car waits and returns with you, the charge is the actual kilometres or 250 km for each date on the booking, whichever is higher, with a driver night allowance for overnight trips. Tolls, interstate permits for trips outside Uttar Pradesh, parking and 5% GST are extra.

Which cab is cheaper in Noida?
For a single short ride at an off-peak hour, an app cab or an auto can be cheaper. The balance tips the other way as soon as you need the car to wait, carry luggage, run at a peak hour, or cross into Delhi and back: surge pricing at 9 am and 7 pm, when Noida's offices open and close, can push app fares well above a fixed fare, and a pre-booked sedan at Rs 6,990 Pay Now to Reserve for eight hours covers several meetings with the same driver. For airports, the fixed transfer fares in the table above are known before you book. See how our fixed quotes compare on cab booking.
Is Ola or Uber available in Noida?
Yes, app-based ride-hailing is widely used across Noida, Greater Noida and Noida Extension for everyday trips. Where a chauffeur booking makes more sense: early-morning airport runs when you cannot afford a cancellation, trips to Jewar or Agra, multi-stop office days, wedding transport, Tempo Travellers for groups, and anything needing a GST invoice in a company's name and a guaranteed car class.
IGI or Jewar: choosing the airport from Noida
With two airports in reach, the right choice depends on where in Noida you live, the time of day and your airline.
- Central and west Noida (Sectors 15-50, Film City): IGI is usually closer, at around 30-35 km, and has far more flights and international connections. Expect 50-75 minutes by road outside the evening peak.
- Greater Noida, Pari Chowk and the Yamuna Expressway sectors: Jewar is closer, about 40 km from Pari Chowk, with a free-flowing expressway approach, which makes early-morning departures more predictable than the Delhi border crossings.
- Noida Extension: roughly equidistant in time; decide on the flight schedule and fare rather than the drive.
- Time of day: the DND and Barapullah approaches to IGI slow badly between 6 and 9 pm, while the Yamuna Expressway is generally steadier.
- Airline and route: flights and airlines at Jewar have been growing since operations began in June 2026, but IGI still offers many more destinations, especially international ones. Check which airport your ticket actually uses; the codes are DEL for IGI and DXN for Noida International Airport.
Whichever you choose, share the flight number at booking. The driver tracks it, waits 30 minutes free after domestic arrivals and 60 after international ones, and you see the fare in advance.
Event transport for India Expo Mart and Greater Noida venues
Trade fairs and exhibitions at India Expo Mart in Knowledge Park bring exhibitors, buyers and delegates who stay in hotels across Noida and Delhi. Transport for these events works best when planned as a programme rather than trip by trip:
- Share the event dates, hotels and approximate headcount a week or two ahead.
- We propose a mix of sedans for senior guests and Tempo Travellers or Urbanias for shuttle loops between hotels and the venue.
- Morning and evening runs are timed around the fair's opening and closing, with a driver waiting on standby for ad-hoc trips during the day.
- One GST invoice is raised for the whole event.
The same approach works for weddings at Greater Noida resorts, conferences at the institutional campuses in Sector 62, and sporting events at the Buddh International Circuit, where the approaches get congested at start and finish times. For recurring company movement, see corporate car rental.
Seats and luggage for Noida trips
A compact sedan takes four passengers and, typically, two large suitcases; that suits most airport runs from a flat in Sector 50 or Noida Extension. A family of five flying out with checked bags for everyone should book an Ertiga at minimum, and an Innova Crysta if there are also cabin bags, a pram or a wheelchair. For a same-day Agra trip with grandparents, the Innova's captain seats and higher seating position make the three-hour expressway run noticeably more comfortable. Groups of eight or more, such as a wedding party heading to a Greater Noida resort or a team offsite to Vrindavan, are best in a Tempo Traveller or an Urbania, which also avoids coordinating two or three cars through the same toll plazas and parking lots.
How booking works
- Choose airport, local or outstation in the online booker and enter your sector and tower.
- Pick the car. Nothing we send is older than four model years, with luxury marques in the Rolls-Royce, Bentley and Maybach class up to seven.
- Pay by card or UPI; the chauffeur and vehicle number arrive before pickup.
- Tolls, the Delhi entry charge, permits and parking are settled at actual cost on the final GST invoice.
Cancellation: free more than 72 hours before pickup. Inside the 72-hour window a tenth of the fare is retained, inside 48 hours half, and a cancellation in the final 24 hours (or not turning up) forfeits the whole fare. The same rules apply to airport, local and outstation bookings; see the cancellation policy.
