Noida runs on offices, malls, expo halls and family weekends, and a Tempo Traveller in Noida is how most teams and extended families move between them without a convoy of cabs. RutzIndia.com provides 12, 17, 20 and 26-seat Force Travellers with a chauffeur for local days, airport transfers and outstation trips, all priced before you book and payable online by card or UPI.
Noida Tempo Traveller price list
A Tempo Traveller in Noida costs from Rs 18,900 Pay Now to Reserve for 8 hours and 80 km, Rs 11,340 Pay Now to Reserve for 4 hours and 40 km, and Rs 10,410 Pay Now to Reserve for an airport transfer up to 40 km. Outstation trips such as Agra, Vrindavan or Haridwar are billed at Rs 78 per km. Fares are before 5% GST; tolls, permits and parking are charged at actual cost.
Local and airport packages in Noida sit on a 0.97 multiplier, a touch below Delhi. Per-km outstation pricing is the same across India.
| Package | Tempo Traveller | Force Urbania | Mini bus | Luxury coach |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 4 hr / 40 km | Rs 11,340 Pay Now to Reserve | Rs 15,720 Pay Now to Reserve | Rs 24,450 Pay Now to Reserve | Rs 41,910 Pay Now to Reserve |
| 8 hr / 80 km | Rs 18,900 Pay Now to Reserve | Rs 26,190 Pay Now to Reserve | Rs 40,740 Pay Now to Reserve | Rs 69,840 Pay Now to Reserve |
| Airport transfer (up to 40 km) | Rs 10,410 Pay Now to Reserve | Rs 14,400 Pay Now to Reserve | Rs 22,410 Pay Now to Reserve | Rs 38,400 Pay Now to Reserve |
| Outstation, per km | Rs 78 | Rs 102 | Rs 130 | Rs 210 |
On top of the vehicle fare you pay only what the road costs: FASTag tolls, Delhi or state entry charges where the route crosses a border, and parking, all at actual cost with receipts. Multi-day trips add a driver night allowance of Rs 1,500 per night, and outstation round trips are billed on at least 250 km per calendar day. The full method is on our fares page.

Per km, minimum km and allowance for every van size
HR teams and family organisers in Noida usually build a spreadsheet before they book, so here is the one they need. Each row is a vehicle size; the last column turns the rates into the most common Noida weekend trip, a same-day Agra return of about 400 km.
| Van size | Model | Charge per km | Km billed at least per day | That day minimum in rupees | Chauffeur night allowance | Noida to Agra and back |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 9 seats, recliner layout | Force Traveller | Rs 78 | 250 | Rs 19,500 Pay Now to Reserve | Rs 1,500 Pay Now to Reserve | Rs 31,200 Pay Now to Reserve |
| 10 or 13 seats | Force Urbania | Rs 102 | 250 | Rs 25,500 Pay Now to Reserve | Rs 1,500 Pay Now to Reserve | Rs 40,800 Pay Now to Reserve |
| 12 seats | Force Traveller | Rs 78 | 250 | Rs 19,500 Pay Now to Reserve | Rs 1,500 Pay Now to Reserve | Rs 31,200 Pay Now to Reserve |
| 17 seats | Force Traveller | Rs 78 | 250 | Rs 19,500 Pay Now to Reserve | Rs 1,500 Pay Now to Reserve | Rs 31,200 Pay Now to Reserve |
| 20 seats | Force Traveller | Rs 78 | 250 | Rs 19,500 Pay Now to Reserve | Rs 1,500 Pay Now to Reserve | Rs 31,200 Pay Now to Reserve |
| 26 seats | Force Traveller | Rs 78 | 250 | Rs 19,500 Pay Now to Reserve | Rs 1,500 Pay Now to Reserve | Rs 31,200 Pay Now to Reserve |
| 27 to 35 seats | Mini bus | Rs 130 | 250 | Rs 33,750 Pay Now to Reserve | Rs 1,500 Pay Now to Reserve | Rs 54,000 Pay Now to Reserve |
The Agra figures exclude Yamuna Expressway tolls, Agra parking and GST at 5%. Because a Traveller carries one rate regardless of its length, the only reason to pick a smaller body is comfort and manoeuvrability; the only reason to pick a larger one is that everyone fits.
Long event days are common in Noida, especially at India Expo Mart, where exhibitors often need a van from 8 am to 8 pm. The 12-hour, 120 km package is worked out as 1.5 times the local 8-hour fare plus 40 km at the per-km rate: about Rs 31,470 Pay Now to Reserve for a Traveller (6,300 x 1.5 + 40 x 26), about Rs 43,380 Pay Now to Reserve for an Urbania and about Rs 66,510 Pay Now to Reserve for a mini bus, all before GST.
Choosing between 9, 12, 17, 20 and 26 seats in Noida
Every Traveller in our Noida fleet is a BS-VI Force high-roof van with roof AC ducts, push-back seats, charging points, a music system and a rear boot or roof carrier. Here is how each size tends to be used in and around the city.
9 seats: senior executives and family elders
A 9-seat layout in a 12-seat body gives wide 2x1 recliners. Companies use it for leadership offsites where a van is practical but a cramped one is not; families use it for grandparents' pilgrimages to Vrindavan. The per-km rate is the normal Traveller rate. For even more comfort, the 10-seat Force Urbania rides noticeably better on the expressway.
12 seats: airport and luggage runs
Ten to twelve people with a suitcase each is the classic IGI Terminal 3 pickup for a Noida family or a visiting client team. The 12-seater is also the easiest van to get through the gates of Greater Noida West societies, where some guards turn longer vehicles away. More on layouts and boot space is on our 12-seater Tempo Traveller page.
17 seats: department outings
Seventeen is a common team size for a Sector 62 or Sector 126 office, and the 17-seater is the sweet spot for a lunch-and-bowling day or a resort trip to Damdama or Sohna. Split Rs 18,900 for a local day seventeen ways and it is under Rs 1,140 a head.
20 seats: expo shuttles and wedding guests
Twenty seats suit exhibitors looping between Knowledge Park and hotels in Sector 18 or Greater Noida, and wedding hosts shuttling guests between banquet halls on the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway and hotels. The van is long but still turns in most banquet driveways.
26 seats: schools and big corporate teams
Schools in Noida and Greater Noida book 26-seaters for excursions to Akshardham, the National Science Centre and Agra; companies use them for full-floor offsites. On the expressways a 26-seater is excellent; inside older sectors with parked cars on both sides it is slow. Above 26, compare the mini bus on rent and the larger bus rental options.

Standard, maharaja and Urbania: which to pick
- Standard Traveller: fabric push-back seats, a roof carrier, AC ducts over every row. Right for most office and family trips.
- Maharaja or deluxe fit-out: fewer, wider seats and nicer trim, offered at the same per-km rate when one is free on your date; ask when booking.
- Force Urbania: a newer, car-like van with a flat floor and independent suspension; Rs 102 per km and Rs 26,190 for a Noida local day. Worth it for elders and long highway runs.
- Mini bus: 27 to 35 seats with a luggage hold, Rs 40,740 Pay Now to Reserve for a local day.
Seven getaways from Noida, fully costed
Totals below add 5% GST and the chauffeur's allowance for each night away, so they are close to what a group will actually pay. Tolls, parking, state entry taxes and tickets remain extra.

|---|---|---|---|---|
| Neemrana Fort Palace | 1 | 300 | Rs 23,400 Pay Now to Reserve | about Rs 24,570 Pay Now to Reserve |

| Shimla and Kufri | 3 | 780 | Rs 60,840 Pay Now to Reserve | Rs 56,225 Pay Now to Reserve |
Smaller families can price the same trips in cars on our Delhi to Jaipur taxi, Delhi to Rishikesh taxi, Delhi to Nainital taxi and Delhi to Shimla taxi pages; the distances from Noida are within a few kilometres.

Border entry taxes from Noida
Noida is in Uttar Pradesh, which means almost every group trip crosses a border. Heading into Delhi, the van pays the Delhi entry charge at the border. Towards Jaipur and Neemrana it enters Haryana and then Rajasthan; towards Shimla it passes through Haryana and Himachal Pradesh; towards Nainital and Rishikesh it enters Uttarakhand. Each state charges a tourist-vehicle entry tax, which the chauffeur pays at the check post. You see each one on the final bill at actual cost, receipt attached. The fee rules are set by the states and published through the central transport portal, Parivahan.
Noida and Greater Noida pickup areas
We collect from offices, societies, hotels, banquet halls and metro stations across the twin cities and nearby Ghaziabad:
- Noida sectors: 15, 16, 18, 27, 29, 37, 44, 50, 51, 62, 63, 75, 76, 78, 93, 100, 104, 128, 135, 137, 150
- Greater Noida: Knowledge Park, Pari Chowk, Alpha and Beta sectors, Jaypee Greens, Greater Noida West (Gaur City and nearby societies)
- Ghaziabad side: Indirapuram, Vaishali, Kaushambi, Crossings Republik
For large office groups, a metro station can be the simplest meeting point. The Aqua Line of the Noida Metro links Sector 51 to Greater Noida, and stations such as Sector 137 and Pari Chowk have space nearby for a van to wait briefly.
Office offsites, trade fairs and event shuttles
A large share of Noida's Traveller demand comes from companies. The IT and media offices along Sector 62, Sector 16A Film City and the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway belt (Sectors 125 to 144) regularly book vans for team lunches, client visits and quarterly offsites.
- Team outings: a 26-seater carries a whole department to a resort in Neemrana or Damdama in one go, with a GST invoice in the company's name.
- Trade fair shuttles: India Expo Centre and Mart in Knowledge Park, Greater Noida, hosts big exhibitions through the year. Exhibitors book Travellers on the 8 hr / 80 km package to loop between hotels in Sector 18 or Greater Noida West and the halls.
- Buddh International Circuit events: vans suit the long walk-free drop that large groups need on event days, with the chauffeur parked in the designated lot.
- Daily staff runs: for recurring shifts, our employee transport services page explains fixed monthly routes rather than per-day hire.
For corporate travel policy, corporate car rental covers monthly billing, cost centres and sedans for senior staff.
Airport pickups: IGI and Noida International Airport
Most Noida groups still fly through Indira Gandhi International Airport (DEL). From Sector 18 it is typically 35 to 40 km to Terminal 3 via the DND Flyway or the Barapullah route, and 60 to 90 minutes in evening traffic. Sectors deep along the Expressway and Greater Noida are more than 40 km away, so the airport fare of Rs 10,410 Pay Now to Reserve covers the first 40 km and the balance is added at Rs 78 per km. For example, Greater Noida West to Terminal 3 at about 50 km costs Rs 10,410 plus 10 km x Rs 78, Rs 11,190 Pay Now to Reserve before GST and tolls.
Noida International Airport at Jewar sits about 70 km south of Sector 18 on the Yamuna Expressway. If your flight uses it, the airport fare of Rs 10,410 Pay Now to Reserve covers the first 40 km and the remaining 30 km or so is added at Rs 78 per km, about Rs 12,750 in total before GST and expressway tolls.
Every airport pickup includes flight tracking and a name board, with 60 minutes of free waiting after international arrivals and 30 minutes after domestic ones; later waiting is billed at the hourly rate. Travellers doing Delhi-side hotel drops are covered on our Delhi Tempo Traveller page, and smaller families can use the Delhi airport taxi instead.
Airport fares by sector: IGI Terminal 3 and Jewar
Because the airport package covers the first 40 km, the fare from Noida depends on the sector. These are typical road distances and the resulting Traveller fare before GST and tolls.
| Pickup area | To IGI Terminal 3 | Traveller fare | To Noida International Airport, Jewar | Traveller fare |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Sector 18 and Film City | about 35 to 40 km | Rs 10,410 Pay Now to Reserve | about 70 km | about Rs 12,750 Pay Now to Reserve |
| Sector 62 and Sector 63 | about 45 km | about Rs 10,800 Pay Now to Reserve | about 75 km | about Rs 13,140 Pay Now to Reserve |
| Sector 76 to 78 | about 45 km | about Rs 10,800 Pay Now to Reserve | about 65 km | about Rs 12,360 Pay Now to Reserve |
| Sector 137 to 150, expressway | about 48 km | about Rs 11,040 Pay Now to Reserve | about 50 km | about Rs 11,190 Pay Now to Reserve |
| Greater Noida West | about 50 km | about Rs 11,190 Pay Now to Reserve | about 60 km | about Rs 11,970 Pay Now to Reserve |
| Pari Chowk and Knowledge Park | about 60 km | about Rs 11,970 Pay Now to Reserve | about 40 km | Rs 10,410 Pay Now to Reserve |
Terminal 3 pickups follow the airport's own arrivals layout; the operator publishes terminal information on the Delhi airport website. For single travellers or couples, a sedan on the Delhi airport taxi is a better fit.
A Mathura-Vrindavan day from Noida, step by step
Vrindavan is the most requested family day trip from Noida after Agra, and it rewards an early start.
- 5:30 am: pickup from up to three addresses in adjoining sectors; more stops and the start slips.
- 6:15 am: on the Yamuna Expressway via Pari Chowk. Tea at one of the expressway food courts.
- 8:30 am: Vrindavan. The van parks outside the old town; lanes around Banke Bihari are too narrow for any four-wheeler, so the group walks or takes an e-rickshaw. ISKCON, Prem Mandir and Nidhivan are within a short ride.
- 1 pm: lunch, then 30 minutes to Mathura for the Krishna Janmabhoomi complex and Vishram Ghat. Phones and bags are restricted at the Janmabhoomi; leave them in the locked van.
- Optional 4 pm: Barsana and Nandgaon, especially in Holi week, when the Lathmar Holi draws enormous crowds.
- 8 pm: back in Noida.
Billed on distance, about 350 km, the Traveller costs Rs 27,300 Pay Now to Reserve before GST, tolls and parking.
Corporate accounts and billing for Noida companies
IT, media and manufacturing firms book the bulk of our Noida vans, and most prefer to be billed monthly. A corporate car rental account gives one GST invoice per month across all bookings, cost-centre tags per booking and named approvers. Visiting delegations from abroad can be booked through the same account, including airport pickups at Terminal 3 and hotel transfers in Sector 18 or Greater Noida. For Gurgaon offices of the same company, our Gurgaon taxi service team works on the same account.
School and college trips
Schools planning excursions usually want three things: a verified chauffeur, a vehicle within its fitness certificate, and a clear plan for head-counts. Every Traveller we send is within four model years and meets current emission norms, and chauffeurs are police-verified. We ask schools to name one teacher as the group lead, to keep a printed list of students per van, and to seat the youngest children away from the door. For groups larger than one van, each vehicle gets its own teacher. Educational trips to Agra, the Science Centre, the Rail Museum and Sultanpur Bird Sanctuary are the most common.
What is on board every Noida van
Each Traveller is cleaned before the duty and carries a first-aid kit, a fire extinguisher and seat belts on every seat. Most rows have USB charging points; the music system takes Bluetooth. Drinking water for passengers can be added through the travel desk. There is no smoking or alcohol in the vehicle, and food should be dry snacks only on long trips.
Weekend trips from Noida by Tempo Traveller
Noida is closer to the south-bound expressways than Delhi is, which makes Agra, Mathura and Vrindavan surprisingly easy by van.
Agra and the Taj Mahal (about 400 km return, 1 day)
From Sector 18 to Agra is about 200 km, most of it on the Yamuna Expressway, typically three to three and a half hours. A same-day return billed at 400 km costs Rs 31,200 Pay Now to Reserve before GST, plus expressway tolls. Leave at 5:30 am to reach the Taj near opening time; note the monument is closed on Fridays. For the Delhi departure version, see our Delhi to Agra taxi page.
Mathura and Vrindavan (about 320 km return, 1 day)
Vrindavan is roughly 160 km from Noida. A day return of 320 km costs Rs 24,960 Pay Now to Reserve. Holi week in March and Janmashtami in August or September are the busiest days of the year; temple lanes close to vehicles and the group will walk. The Delhi to Vrindavan taxi page covers cars for smaller families.
Haridwar and Rishikesh (2 days)
The Delhi-Meerut Expressway shortens the run north. Haridwar is about 210 km from Noida; a two-day return with a Rishikesh loop is billed at 500 km minimum, Rs 39,000 Pay Now to Reserve, plus one night allowance.
Jim Corbett and the Kumaon foothills (2 to 3 days)
Ramnagar, the gateway to Corbett, is about 250 km away. A two-day trip usually runs close to the 500 km minimum. Safari jeeps inside the park are separate and booked through the forest department.
Neemrana, Sariska and the Rajasthan side
For a quick taste of Rajasthan, Neemrana's hill fort hotel is about 150 km from Noida via the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway spur and NH48, typically three hours, and makes a popular team lunch outing: 300 km billed, Rs 23,400 Pay Now to Reserve in a Traveller. Sariska tiger reserve and the Alwar palaces are a little further and suit a night away; safari gypsies inside the reserve are booked separately through the forest department. Both trips cross Haryana and Rajasthan, so two state entry taxes are added at actual cost.
Sultanpur and Okhla for birders
Winter birders from Noida's residential societies often book a 12-seater for a dawn trip to Sultanpur National Park near Gurgaon, about 55 km away, returning by lunch; the 8-hour package covers it. The Okhla Bird Sanctuary on the Noida side of the Yamuna is closer still and fits a 4-hour slot at Rs 11,340 Pay Now to Reserve.
Crossing into Delhi: permits, GRAP and parking
Noida is in Uttar Pradesh, so any drop in Delhi means an interstate crossing at DND, Chilla or the Kalindi Kunj border. Border entry charges are passed on at actual cost. Winter brings a second complication: when Delhi's air quality turns severe, the Graded Response Action Plan restricts older diesel vehicles and some commercial vehicles from outside the city. All our Travellers are within four model years and meet BS-VI norms, which keeps them on the road during most restriction stages; we still check the day's orders before a Delhi-side booking.
Parking in Sector 18, at DLF Mall of India and around the Botanical Garden metro is paid, and big vans often have to wait in designated bays rather than at the gate. Tell us the exact tower and gate for residential pickups in Greater Noida West; many societies do not allow a 26-seater inside, and the guard will need the vehicle number in advance. The district administration's Gautam Buddh Nagar portal publishes traffic and event notices, and toll rates for the expressway are set by the Yamuna Expressway authority.
A sample Noida offsite day by Traveller
Here is how a typical department outing from a Sector 62 office runs when the team books a 26-seat Traveller for a day at a resort about 90 km away on the Delhi-Jaipur side.
- 8:00 am: the van reaches the office basement or the nearest drop-off lay-by; the HR lead holds the headcount list and the chauffeur holds nothing but a bottle of water and the route.
- 8:15 am: departure via the DND Flyway and the Delhi ring road, or via the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway and the Eastern Peripheral Expressway if the resort is south of Gurgaon. The desk chooses the corridor that morning based on traffic.
- 10:30 am to 5:30 pm: the team is at the resort; the chauffeur rests and stays reachable by phone.
- 7:30 pm: drop back at the office, or two or three drops at metro stations such as Botanical Garden and Noida Electronic City so people get home faster.
Because the round trip is about 180 km and the day runs more than 11 hours, this is billed as an outstation day: the 250 km minimum applies, so the fare is 250 x Rs 78 = Rs 19,500 Pay Now to Reserve before GST, plus tolls, border charges and parking. If you would rather stay within the city limits for a lunch-and-bowling afternoon, the 8 hr / 80 km local package at Rs 18,900 Pay Now to Reserve is simpler.
The same planning logic works for school trips to the Akshardham complex, pre-wedding family outings to Chhatarpur and Qutub, or a Sunday at Okhla Bird Sanctuary with grandparents. Tell us the headcount, the timings and whether anyone needs the front seat for motion sickness, and the van is matched to the group rather than the other way round.
Wedding guest vans for a Noida banquet
Noida weddings increasingly happen in the large banquet complexes along the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway and in farmhouses near Sector 135 and the Yamuna floodplain, with out-of-town guests in hotels at Sector 18, Sector 62 or Greater Noida. A plan for about 80 travelling guests often looks like this:
| Vehicle | Duty | Package | Fare before GST |
|---|---|---|---|
| 12-seat Traveller | Airport and station arrivals through the day | 8 hr / 80 km | Rs 18,900 Pay Now to Reserve |
| 2 x 20-seat Travellers | Hotel to venue loops, evening and late night | 12 hr / 120 km each | about Rs 62,940 |
| 1 x 26-seat Traveller | Baraat party from the janwasa | 8 hr / 80 km | Rs 18,900 Pay Now to Reserve |
| 2 x Innova Crysta | Elders and last-minute runs | 8 hr / 80 km each | Rs 24,420 |
That comes to about Rs 1,25,160 Pay Now to Reserve for the wedding day, before GST, parking and border charges if any guest hotel is in Delhi. The Innova rate in Noida is Rs 12,210 Pay Now to Reserve for the 8-hour day. The couple's car is a separate booking; see wedding car rental in Delhi, which covers the whole NCR including Noida venues.
Noida through the year
Winter, from November to February, is peak season for weddings, exhibitions and school trips, and also the season of fog and pollution controls; plan early-morning airport runs with a buffer. Spring brings Holi trips to Vrindavan and Barsana, which fill vans a fortnight ahead. Summer, from April to June, sends families to Nainital, Mussoorie and Shimla, and the monsoon months are quieter, though waterlogging on the expressway underpasses and around Sector 18 can slow evening runs after a heavy shower. Diwali week is busy for corporate gifting trips and family visits across the NCR, so book vans for that week at least ten days in advance.
Which Traveller for which Noida group
- 10 to 12 people with luggage: 12-seat Traveller; for more comfort, the Force Urbania.
- 15 to 20 people, day trip, light bags: 17 or 20-seat Traveller.
- 22 to 26 people: 26-seat Traveller, or a mini bus if the group has elders who need wider aisles.
- Six or fewer: an Innova or Ertiga from the Noida taxi service is much cheaper.
How to book and what the fare covers
Enter your pickup, the drop or package, the date and the seat count on the booking page. The fare you see is fixed before GST, and you pay by card or UPI; corporates can request a GST invoice. The chauffeur's details come through the evening before, and you can call us or WhatsApp the desk for changes.
Every Noida Traveller is cleaned before each duty, carries a first-aid kit and a fire extinguisher, and has a working music system and charging points in most rows. Seat belts are fitted on every seat; please ask children and elders to wear them on the expressway, where the chauffeur will not exceed the posted limit for passenger vans.
The fare includes the vehicle, chauffeur, fuel for the package and air-conditioning. Tolls, border charges, parking and night allowances are at actual cost; entry tickets and guides are extra. Cancellation is free more than 72 hours before pickup, 10% within 72 hours, 50% within 48 hours and 100% within 24 hours or for a no-show, as set out in our cancellation policy.
