Hyderabad sprawls from the old city around Charminar to the glass towers of the Financial District, and a group that tries to cross it in three separate cabs usually arrives in three separate moods. A Tempo Traveller in Hyderabad solves that. RutzIndia.com rents 12, 17, 20 and 26-seat Force Travellers with a chauffeur for city days, airport runs to Shamshabad, corporate outings and trips across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, all bookable online at a fixed fare.
Hyderabad Tempo Traveller fares with examples
Renting a Tempo Traveller in Hyderabad costs Rs 19,500 Pay Now to Reserve for a city day of 8 hours and 80 km, Rs 11,700 Pay Now to Reserve for a half day of 4 hours and 40 km, and Rs 10,740 Pay Now to Reserve for an RGIA airport transfer up to 40 km. Out-of-city trips are Rs 78 per km, minimum 250 km per day. Add 5% GST; tolls, parking and permits are charged at cost.
Hyderabad uses national base pricing. Instead of repeating the rate card, the table shows what real Hyderabad group trips cost when you apply it.
| Group trip | How it is billed | Traveller fare | Urbania fare |
|---|---|---|---|
| Shamshabad airport to Banjara Hills | airport transfer, up to 40 km | Rs 10,740 Pay Now to Reserve | Rs 14,850 Pay Now to Reserve |
| Old city: Charminar, Chowmahalla, Golconda | 8 hr / 80 km day | Rs 19,500 Pay Now to Reserve | Rs 27,000 Pay Now to Reserve |
| Ramoji Film City from Banjara Hills | 8 hr / 80 km day, about 70 km | Rs 19,500 Pay Now to Reserve | Rs 27,000 Pay Now to Reserve |
| Salar Jung Museum and Hussain Sagar | 4 hr / 40 km | Rs 11,700 Pay Now to Reserve | Rs 16,200 Pay Now to Reserve |
| Yadadri temple return | 1 outstation day, 250 km billed | Rs 19,500 Pay Now to Reserve | Rs 25,500 Pay Now to Reserve |
| Srisailam, 2 days | 500 km billed | Rs 39,000 Pay Now to Reserve | Rs 51,000 Pay Now to Reserve |
| Warangal and Ramappa, 2 days | 500 km billed | Rs 39,000 Pay Now to Reserve | Rs 51,000 Pay Now to Reserve |
| One way to Vijayawada | about 275 km | Rs 21,450 Pay Now to Reserve | Rs 28,050 Pay Now to Reserve |
Every amount is before 5% GST. Tolls on the Outer Ring Road and the national highways, parking at monuments and malls, and interstate permits for Andhra Pradesh or Karnataka are passed on at actual cost. On trips with an overnight stop, a night allowance of Rs 1,500 per night is added for the chauffeur. For groups of 25 to 35, the mini bus on rent costs Rs 42,000 Pay Now to Reserve for a city day, and our Volvo bus rental handles 45-seat conference groups. The fares page lays out every component.

Seat size, rate per km, daily minimum and allowance
Group bookers in Hyderabad tend to compare vans on four numbers. The table sets them out for every size, and adds a worked example that many Hyderabad families take in winter: Hampi, about 380 km each way, as a relaxed three-day trip billed at roughly 800 km.
| Vehicle and seats | Rupees per km | Hampi, 3 days, 800 km | At least billed per day | That minimum in rupees | Chauffeur allowance each night |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Traveller, 9 in recliners | Rs 78 | Rs 62,400 Pay Now to Reserve | 250 km | Rs 19,500 Pay Now to Reserve | Rs 1,500 Pay Now to Reserve |
| Urbania, 10 or 13 | Rs 102 | Rs 81,600 Pay Now to Reserve | 250 km | Rs 25,500 Pay Now to Reserve | Rs 1,500 Pay Now to Reserve |
| Traveller, 12 | Rs 78 | Rs 62,400 Pay Now to Reserve | 250 km | Rs 19,500 Pay Now to Reserve | Rs 1,500 Pay Now to Reserve |
| Traveller, 17 | Rs 78 | Rs 62,400 Pay Now to Reserve | 250 km | Rs 19,500 Pay Now to Reserve | Rs 1,500 Pay Now to Reserve |
| Traveller, 20 | Rs 78 | Rs 62,400 Pay Now to Reserve | 250 km | Rs 19,500 Pay Now to Reserve | Rs 1,500 Pay Now to Reserve |
| Traveller, 26 | Rs 78 | Rs 62,400 Pay Now to Reserve | 250 km | Rs 19,500 Pay Now to Reserve | Rs 1,500 Pay Now to Reserve |
| Mini bus, 27 to 35 | Rs 130 | Rs 1,08,000 Pay Now to Reserve | 250 km | Rs 33,750 Pay Now to Reserve | Rs 1,500 Pay Now to Reserve |
Hampi carries two nights of allowance and a Karnataka entry tax at the border, both at actual cost, plus 5% GST on the vehicle fare. Inside the city, conference days at HICC and long wedding days need more than 8 hours. For those we quote a 12-hour, 120 km day: take the 8-hour fare, add half again, then add 40 kilometres at the van's own rate. In a Traveller that is Rs 29,250 plus Rs 3,120 Pay Now to Reserve, so roughly Rs 32,370 Pay Now to Reserve; in an Urbania roughly Rs 44,580 Pay Now to Reserve; in a mini bus roughly Rs 68,400 Pay Now to Reserve.
Each Traveller size and how Hyderabad groups use it
Our Hyderabad Travellers share the same basics: high roof, ceiling AC vents over each row, reclining seats, Bluetooth audio and a carrier on top. What differs is the wheelbase, and in Hyderabad that matters most in the old city and in the gated communities of the western suburbs.
9 seats: executives and elders
Fitting only nine big recliners into the 12-seat shell is popular with leadership teams from the Financial District and with families taking grandparents to Yadadri or Srisailam. The rate is the normal Traveller rate. For the smoothest ride on the Srisailam ghat, compare the 10-seat Force Urbania.
12 seats: RGIA pickups and family weddings
Ten to twelve people with a suitcase each, collected at Shamshabad and dropped in Banjara Hills or Kondapur, is the classic job for a 12-seater. It also gets past the gates of most villa communities in Kokapet and Tellapur, where guards sometimes turn longer vans away. The 12-seater Tempo Traveller page covers layouts in detail.
17 seats: tech-team outings
Seventeen is a very common Hyderabad team size, and the 17-seater suits a team day at a resort on the Shankarpally or Chevella road. A local day at Rs 19,500 Pay Now to Reserve split seventeen ways is under Rs 1,170 a head.
20 seats: HICC and HITEX shuttles
For conferences and exhibitions, 20-seaters on 8 or 12-hour packages loop between hotels in Gachibowli and Madhapur and the venues. They are long enough to move a hotel's worth of delegates in two runs and short enough for hotel porches.
26 seats: colleges and big families
Engineering colleges on the city's outskirts book 26-seaters for industrial visits, and large Hyderabadi families use them for a day at Ramoji Film City. In the old city lanes the 26-seater stops on the main road. For more than 26, the mini bus on rent and larger bus rental options cost less per head.

Standard, maharaja or Urbania
Think of it as three levels of comfort at two price points. The regular Traveller is the value option and suits most family and office trips. A maharaja-style cabin, when one is free on your date, costs nothing extra per kilometre but swaps the bench rows for fewer, plusher chairs. The Force Urbania is the genuine upgrade: a car-like body with a lower step and a much quieter ride, at Rs 102 a kilometre or Rs 27,000 Pay Now to Reserve for a day in Hyderabad, and it is the van we suggest when clients or grandparents are on board. Parties of six or fewer should simply take an Innova Crysta, Rs 12,600 Pay Now to Reserve for the city day.
Seven more trips from Hyderabad, totals included
The right-hand column is what we would budget per van: fare, then GST at 5%, then the lowest and highest possible night allowance. Road costs such as tolls and border taxes, and your own hotels and tickets, sit on top.
| Hyderabad to | Nights out plus one | Distance charged | Van fare | Budget per van incl. GST and allowance |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Medak cathedral and Pocharam lake | 1 | 250 | Rs 19,500 Pay Now to Reserve | about Rs 20,490 Pay Now to Reserve |
| Bidar fort and gurdwara (Karnataka) | 1 | 290 | Rs 22,620 Pay Now to Reserve | about Rs 23,760 Pay Now to Reserve |
| Basar Gnana Saraswati temple | 1 | 420 | Rs 32,760 Pay Now to Reserve | about Rs 34,410 Pay Now to Reserve |
| Belum caves and Kurnool | 2 | 640 | Rs 49,920 Pay Now to Reserve | Rs 45,175 Pay Now to Reserve |
| Hampi, relaxed pace | 3 | 800 | Rs 62,400 Pay Now to Reserve | Rs 57,600 Pay Now to Reserve |
| Tirupati and Tirumala | 3 | 1,150 | Rs 89,700 Pay Now to Reserve | Rs 81,500 Pay Now to Reserve |
| Visakhapatnam and Araku valley | 4 | 1,400 | Rs 1,09,200 Pay Now to Reserve | Rs 1,00,050 Pay Now to Reserve |
For the Tirupati row, the temple trust's official site lists darshan bookings and dress rules. Groups continuing onward can hand over to our Chennai Tempo Traveller or Bangalore Tempo Traveller teams for the next leg.

State entry taxes on trips from Hyderabad
Hyderabad sits close to three state borders. Trips to Srisailam, Kurnool, Tirupati, Vijayawada or Visakhapatnam enter Andhra Pradesh; Bidar, Gulbarga and Hampi are in Karnataka; Nanded and the Marathwada temples are in Maharashtra. A tourist van crossing any of those lines pays that state's entry levy at the check post. We settle it on the spot and pass the exact amount through to your invoice, receipt attached, without any margin. Rules for commercial passenger vehicles are published by the states through the national transport portal, Parivahan. For car-sized groups, the same trips can be priced on our one-way taxi page.
Hyderabad pickup localities
We pick up from homes, hotels, gated communities, offices and stations across the city:
- West and IT corridor: HITEC City, Madhapur, Gachibowli, Kondapur, Financial District, Nanakramguda, Manikonda, Kokapet, Narsingi, Tellapur, Kukatpally, Miyapur
- Central: Banjara Hills, Jubilee Hills, Somajiguda, Begumpet, Ameerpet, Punjagutta, Lakdikapul, Abids
- Old city and south: Charminar, Mehdipatnam, Tolichowki, Attapur, Rajendranagar, Shamshabad
- North and east: Secunderabad, Kompally, Alwal, Uppal, Nagole, LB Nagar, Dilsukhnagar
Railway pickups are at Secunderabad, Hyderabad (Nampally), Kacheguda and Lingampally stations; the chauffeur agrees a meeting gate in advance.
On board every Hyderabad van
Before each duty the van is swept, wiped and aired. Belts are fitted on every seat, there is a medical kit and an extinguisher under the front bench, and USB points run along most rows. Hyderabad's April-May heat is punishing, so carry more water than you think you need, or ask the travel desk to load a case. Nobody smokes or drinks in the van, passengers included.
Monthly vans and shift transport
IT and pharma companies in Hyderabad often need vans every day for shift staff or trainees. Rather than daily bookings, our employee transport services plan fixed routes around shift timings, and a monthly car rental with driver arrangement fixes a chauffeur and a monthly kilometre allowance with one GST invoice.
Corporate groups in HITEC City and Gachibowli
Much of Hyderabad's Traveller demand is corporate. Teams in HITEC City, Madhapur, Gachibowli, Nanakramguda and the Financial District book vans for offsites, client plant visits, airport runs for visiting delegations and conference shuttles to the Hyderabad International Convention Centre and the HITEX exhibition grounds.
- Offsites: resorts on the Shankarpally, Chevella and Vikarabad side are an easy 50 to 80 km. A day there is billed as one outstation day, Rs 19,500 Pay Now to Reserve in a Traveller.
- Delegation pickups: vans meet visitors at RGIA and drop them at hotels in the Gachibowli and Kondapur belt, typically 35 to 45 km via the ORR.
- Conference shuttles: several vans on the 8 hr / 80 km package looping between hotels and HICC or HITEX.
- Billing: a GST invoice in the company name, card or UPI payment through the booker, and a single statement for multiple vans. Recurring needs are better served by corporate car rental accounts.
Plant visits to Genome Valley and the pharma belts
Hyderabad's life-sciences and manufacturing clusters sit well outside the city: Genome Valley near Shamirpet to the north, the pharma parks around Pashamylaram and Patancheru to the north-west, and the Pharma City and industrial areas towards the south. Visiting auditors, clients and trainee batches often need a van for the day from hotels in Gachibowli or Begumpet. Most of these round trips run 80 to 150 km, so the day is billed either as the city package with extra kilometres or as one outstation day at Rs 19,500 Pay Now to Reserve, whichever the booker shows as appropriate for the route. Plant gates usually need the vehicle number and passenger list a day ahead; send them with the booking and the chauffeur will carry the papers the security desk asks for.
Festival weeks in Telangana
Sankranti in January sends a large part of Hyderabad home to Andhra Pradesh, and the Vijayawada highway fills for days; group vans for that week book out early. Bathukamma and Dasara in September-October bring family gatherings across the state. Ganesh Chaturthi closes central roads on immersion day, and Ramzan nights transform the old city. Bonalu in the Ashada month affects Secunderabad and old-city routes. For any of these weeks, book early and expect routes to change on the day.
Medical travellers in Hyderabad
Hyderabad's large hospitals in Banjara Hills, Jubilee Hills, Gachibowli and Secunderabad draw patients from across India and abroad. Families arriving with a patient often book a Traveller or an Urbania for the arrival day, so relatives and luggage move together, then switch to an Innova or sedan for daily hospital runs. Tell the desk if a passenger needs a wheelchair or help boarding; the Urbania's lower floor and wider door make that easier.
Airport pickups at Rajiv Gandhi International
RGIA at Shamshabad is about 30 km from Banjara Hills and Jubilee Hills, and roughly 35 to 40 km from HITEC City by the Outer Ring Road; travel time is usually 40 minutes to an hour. The Rs 10,740 Pay Now to Reserve transfer covers the first 40 km, and addresses further out, such as Kompally or Secunderabad's northern suburbs, add Rs 78 for each extra kilometre.
Every airport pickup includes flight tracking and a chauffeur waiting with a name board at the arrivals exit. After an international landing we wait 60 minutes free and after a domestic landing 30 minutes; any further wait is billed at the hourly rate. For couples and small families the Hyderabad airport taxi is cheaper, and the official Hyderabad airport site lists terminal updates and pickup zones.
RGIA fares by area of the city
Shamshabad airport lies south of the city, so the fare depends on how far north or west you are going. Up to 40 km is covered by the Rs 10,740 Pay Now to Reserve transfer; after that the van adds Rs 78 for each kilometre.
| From RGIA to | Road distance, about | Usual time | Traveller before GST |
|---|---|---|---|
| Charminar and the old city | 25 km | 40 to 60 minutes | Rs 10,740 Pay Now to Reserve |
| Banjara Hills and Jubilee Hills | 30 to 32 km | 40 to 60 minutes | Rs 10,740 Pay Now to Reserve |
| Gachibowli and Financial District | 30 to 35 km | 35 to 50 minutes via ORR | Rs 10,740 Pay Now to Reserve |
| HITEC City and Madhapur | 35 to 40 km | 45 to 60 minutes | Rs 10,740 Pay Now to Reserve |
| Secunderabad and Begumpet | about 40 km | 60 to 80 minutes | Rs 10,740 Pay Now to Reserve |
| Uppal and Nagole | about 40 km | 45 to 60 minutes via ORR | Rs 10,740 Pay Now to Reserve |
| Kukatpally and Miyapur | about 45 km | 60 to 75 minutes | about Rs 11,130 Pay Now to Reserve |
| Kompally and Medchal side | about 55 km | 60 to 80 minutes via ORR | about Rs 11,910 Pay Now to Reserve |
The Outer Ring Road usually beats the city roads for the western and eastern suburbs even though it is longer, and ORR tolls are passed on at cost.
Ramoji Film City with a group
Ramoji Film City, on the Vijayawada highway beyond Hayathnagar, is Hyderabad's biggest family day out and a regular school and corporate outing. A few tips make the day easier. The van parks at the visitors' parking and the park's own buses take groups around the sets, so there is no need for the Traveller inside. Tickets and packages are bought directly from the park. Allow a full day; most groups arrive at opening time and leave at dusk. From Banjara Hills the return is about 70 km, within the 80 km local day at Rs 19,500 Pay Now to Reserve; from Gachibowli or Kondapur it runs longer and the extra kilometres are added at Rs 78 each. On the way back, groups often stop at the Nagole or Uppal side for dinner rather than returning straight into city traffic.
Planning vans for a Hyderabadi wedding
Hyderabadi weddings often spread across the nikah or muhurtham, a walima or reception and several family functions, with guests in hotels in Banjara Hills, Jubilee Hills and Gachibowli and function halls towards Shamshabad or Attapur. A typical plan for about 100 travelling guests:
| Vehicle | Role | Package | Fare before GST |
|---|---|---|---|
| 12-seat Traveller | Airport and station arrivals | 8 hr / 80 km | Rs 19,500 Pay Now to Reserve |
| 3 x 20-seat Travellers | Hotel to venue loops, late evening | 12 hr / 120 km each | about Rs 97,110 |
| 1 x Force Urbania | Elders and close family | 12 hr / 120 km | about Rs 44,580 Pay Now to Reserve |
| 2 x Innova Crysta | Errands, florists, last-minute runs | 8 hr / 80 km each | Rs 25,200 |
That is about Rs 1,86,390 Pay Now to Reserve for the main day, before GST and parking. The couple's car is covered on our Hyderabad wedding car page.
Hyderabad's chauffeurs and driving style
Our Hyderabad chauffeurs hold commercial passenger licences, are police-verified, and speak Telugu, Hindi or Urdu and working English. They know the ORR exits by number, the right-turn bans on the Banjara Hills roads and the evening crush at Mehdipatnam. They do not drink on duty, keep to the lower speed limits for passenger vans on the ORR and highways, and never carry more passengers than seats.
Pilgrim and heritage trips from Hyderabad
Yadadri (Yadagirigutta)
The rebuilt Lakshmi Narasimha temple is about 65 km east. A return trip, around 140 km, is billed as one outstation day at Rs 19,500 Pay Now to Reserve. Weekends and Brahmotsavam days are crowded; aim to leave by 6 am.
Srisailam
Srisailam's Mallikarjuna Jyotirlinga is about 215 km south through the Nallamala forest. The ghat section inside the tiger reserve is closed to traffic at night, so plan to cross it in daylight. A two-day return is billed at 500 km, Rs 39,000 Pay Now to Reserve, plus one night allowance. Mahashivratri brings very large crowds; book early.
Warangal, Thousand Pillar Temple and Ramappa
Warangal Fort and the Thousand Pillar Temple are about 150 km away, and the UNESCO-listed Ramappa temple is a further 60 km or so. Two days is the comfortable plan, billed at 500 km.
Bhadrachalam, Nagarjuna Sagar and beyond
Bhadrachalam is about 310 km; a two-day return of about 620 km costs Rs 48,360 Pay Now to Reserve. Nagarjuna Sagar dam and Ethipothala falls are about 160 km and make a long single day. For onward travel to the coast, the Hyderabad to Vijayawada taxi page lists sedan and Innova fares, and the Telangana government's tourism portal carries festival dates and temple timings.

Old city, festivals and traffic windows
Hyderabad's old city is best seen early. The lanes around Charminar and Laad Bazaar are too narrow for a long van, so the chauffeur drops the group at the nearest permitted point and waits in authorised parking. Golconda Fort's evening sound-and-light show and the Qutb Shahi tombs fit neatly into the same day. The Salar Jung Museum is closed on Fridays, which catches many visiting groups out.
Traffic is slowest on the Mehdipatnam and Tolichowki corridors and around HITEC City between roughly 8:30 and 11 am and 5:30 and 9 pm on weekdays. Festival days change the map entirely: the Ganesh immersion day sees Tank Bund and the routes to Hussain Sagar closed to vehicles for long stretches; Bonalu processions in July and August affect the old city and Secunderabad; and during Ramzan the night bazaar around Charminar is wonderful to walk but impossible to drive. Our desk plans pickups and drops around announced diversions.
Monsoon, summer and the best months
Hyderabad's summer from April to early June is hot, with afternoon temperatures that make old-city walking hard; plan sightseeing for the mornings and evenings and let the air-conditioned van carry the group through the middle of the day. The monsoon from late June to September brings heavy downpours that can flood underpasses and slow the ORR, so allow extra time for airport runs. October to February is the most comfortable season and also the busiest for weddings and conferences, which means Travellers for Saturdays should be booked early.
Weddings and family functions
Hyderabadi weddings often run over several days with guests spread across hotels in Banjara Hills, Jubilee Hills and Gachibowli and function halls on the airport side at Shamshabad. Travellers on the 8 hr / 80 km package are the standard guest shuttle, with one van dedicated to airport arrivals. For the couple's car, the wedding car rental in Hyderabad page covers decorated luxury sedans and SUVs, and small family groups can use the Hyderabad taxi service for sedans and Innovas.
A two-day Hyderabad plan for visiting families
First-time visitors often ask how to fit the city into a weekend with grandparents and children. This is the plan our chauffeurs see work most often, using one Traveller on two local packages.
Day one, old Hyderabad (8 hr / 80 km, Rs 19,500 Pay Now to Reserve). Start at Charminar at 8 am before the heat and the crowds, walk Laad Bazaar for bangles, then drive to Chowmahalla Palace, which opens mid-morning. After a biryani lunch, head west to the Qutb Shahi tombs, which have been beautifully restored, and finish at Golconda Fort for the sunset and the evening sound-and-light show.
Day two, new Hyderabad (8 hr / 80 km, Rs 19,500 Pay Now to Reserve). Birla Mandir in the morning for the view over Hussain Sagar, the Salar Jung Museum (remember it closes on Fridays), a boat to the Buddha statue on the lake, then Shilparamam crafts village near HITEC City and dinner in Jubilee Hills. If the family would rather spend day two at Ramoji Film City, the same package usually covers it from the city centre.
Two days in a Traveller for up to twelve people comes to Rs 39,000 Pay Now to Reserve before GST, plus parking and monument tickets: well under Rs 3,600 a head for two full days with a private chauffeur.
What the fare includes
The Traveller fare covers the vehicle, the chauffeur, fuel for the package or the billed distance, and air-conditioning throughout. It does not include 5% GST, ORR and highway tolls, parking, entry tickets, guides, or interstate permits, all of which are charged at actual cost where they apply. On multi-day trips the chauffeur's overnight allowance is shown on the quote before you pay. Water bottles and a guide can be added through the travel desk.
Arriving as a group at Shamshabad: practical tips
RGIA's arrivals level has a long kerb and strict stopping rules, so group pickups go smoothly only when everyone knows the plan. Nominate one person as the group lead and share the chauffeur's name and number plate with them. After landing, gather the whole group inside the terminal before walking out; the chauffeur waits at the pickup zone with a name board and cannot hold the van at the kerb for long. Trolleys can be taken to the parking area where larger vans are asked to wait. If half the group is on a later flight, book a second transfer rather than asking the first van to wait; our free window is 60 minutes after an international landing and 30 after a domestic one, and hours of waiting cost more than a second van.
Bidar and Basar: long single days done well
Two one-day trips from Hyderabad are longer than they look. Bidar, across the Karnataka border, rewards an early start: the fort, the Madrasa of Mahmud Gawan and Gurdwara Nanak Jhira fit into a day, with a stop at the Bidri craft workshops. Basar's Gnana Saraswati temple on the Godavari, where families bring small children for Akshara Abhyasam, is further still, about 210 km each way, and makes a twelve-hour day. For both, leave by 6 am, carry breakfast, and plan to be back on the ORR before the evening peak. Bidar's return of about 290 km comes to roughly Rs 22,620 Pay Now to Reserve in a Traveller, with the Karnataka entry levy on top.
Choosing the right seat count
- 8 to 11 people: 12-seat Traveller, or the 10-seat Urbania for more comfort on long highway days.
- 12 to 16 people: 17-seat Traveller; with heavy airport luggage, go up to 20 seats.
- 17 to 24 people: 26-seat Traveller or a mini bus.
- Six or fewer: an Innova Crysta at Rs 12,600 Pay Now to Reserve for a city day, or our car rental with driver in Hyderabad.
Booking, payment and cancellation
Enter the pickup, the trip and the headcount on the online booker, check the fixed fare and pay by card or UPI. The chauffeur's details come through the evening before; call us or WhatsApp the desk for any change. All vans are within four model years, air-conditioned and cleaned before each duty.
Cancelling is free if you tell us more than 72 hours before pickup. From 72 to 48 hours out we keep 10% of the fare; from 48 to 24 hours, 50%; and in the final 24 hours, or if the group does not turn up, the full amount. The complete terms sit on our cancellation policy page.
