One terminal, one meeting point

Unlike Delhi or Mumbai, Hyderabad handles domestic and international passengers in a single integrated terminal building, so there is no risk of the car going to the wrong terminal. 4. The meet: walk out of the arrivals exit that matches your flight type. The chauffeur stands with the meet-and-greet drivers holding a name board.
5. To the car: he takes you to the commercial pickup lane or parking area, loads the bags and confirms the address and the route before leaving.

ORR or PVNR expressway: why the route matters

Two corridors carry almost all airport traffic:

• The Outer Ring Road (ORR) is the fast, tolled loop that swings west to the Financial District, Gachibowli, Kokapet and HITEC City, and further north to Kukatpally and Patancheru. For Cyberabad addresses it is usually the quickest way at any hour.
• The PVNR expressway is the long elevated road running from Aramghar towards Mehdipatnam. It is the direct line for Banjara Hills, Jubilee Hills, Masab Tank and Lakdikapul, lifting you above the junctions of the southern suburbs.

Old City addresses around Charminar, Laad Bazaar and Chandrayangutta go through the Aramghar side; Secunderabad, Begumpet and Ameerpet are central and depend on traffic through Tank Bund or Punjagutta. Temple drives straight from the terminal

Two of Telangana's and Andhra's best-known temples are reachable from RGIA without entering Hyderabad, which suits pilgrims flying in for a darshan:

Book on the online booker with your flight number, choose the car class, and pay by card or UPI. Every car is a commercial vehicle within four model years, cleaned before each airport job.

The fare includes the car, chauffeur, fuel, 40 km of driving, flight tracking, the name-board meet and the free waiting window. It excludes 5% GST, ORR tolls, airport entry or parking fees, kilometres beyond 40, and waiting beyond the free window.
